Wiper Blade Prices: AutoZone vs Advance Auto Parts

Prices checked Nov 2, 2026Updated Nov 2, 2026

PartsMatchup is reader-supported and independent of AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts and every other store we compare. Some store links may earn us a commission at no cost to you; it never changes which part or store we recommend. How we make money · How we compare

We compared 22-inch blades, one of the most common sizes, in three styles: a premium beam blade (Bosch ICON), each store’s own beam blade, and each store’s conventional frame blade. Most cars use two different lengths for the driver and passenger sides, so double the price for a pair and check both lengths for your car.

Prices are for one blade. Advance’s Carquest and Rain-X blades listed a 90-day warranty.

Prices are before tax and exclude any battery core charge or refundable deposit. Always confirm the final price and fit for your vehicle at checkout.

Beam or conventional?

Beam blades have no exposed metal frame, so they press evenly across curved windshields and do not pack with ice and snow the way frame blades can. Conventional blades cost less and work well on flatter windshields or older cars. Hybrid blades sit in between. If you live where it snows, a beam blade is usually worth the extra few dollars; in a mild climate, a store-brand conventional blade replaced every six to twelve months is the cheapest option.

Free wiper installation

Advance Auto Parts lists free front and rear wiper installation with purchase. AutoZone did not list wiper installation on its services page when we checked, though many store teams help at the counter; ask before you buy. For picks by climate and budget, see best wiper blades, and check the current deals: AutoZone was offering a $10 Bonus Reward on two Rain-X Quantum or Silicone AdvantEdge blades.
