Auto Parts Prices by Category

Pick a category to see the same parts priced at AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts on the same day, with the lower price called out, the warranty and a short guide to choosing the right part. Prices are dated manual checks from each store’s public website; they vary by location and change often, so treat them as a snapshot and confirm at checkout.

Find parts for your vehicle

Pick your car to open each store’s own search for it; the store confirms fitment.

Vehicle years, makes and models come from the free NHTSA vPIC database. PartsMatchup does not check fitment: AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts confirm which parts fit your vehicle on their own sites, so check the fit there before you buy. Store links may earn us a commission.

What we found across categories

On identical brand-name parts with the same part number, the two stores were usually priced the same or within about $1. The real differences came from three places: store brands (Duralast at AutoZone, DieHard and Carquest at Advance), temporary sales, and what each store includes for free, such as installation. That is why every category page also links to the current deals and to free store services.
